We want sfhomebuyers.ai to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages use semantic headings, descriptive image text, sufficient color contrast and visible focus states. Animations turn off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- Some data tables in the guide are wide; on small screens they scroll sideways.
- Contractor data comes from City records and can include abbreviations or inconsistent formatting.
